PDF Batch Converter

The PDF graphic Builder will search directories for graphic files and convert them to PDF format. The source directory is set and the source directory data structure is recreated in the target directory. The converted graphic files are then placed in the target directory.

The graphic types handled are BMP, JPEG, TIFF PNG and HTML. Multi page tiff files are converted to a multi page PDF. If a sub director contains more than one file they can be merged into one multi page PDF file. Files that are merged into one file can be added to the PDF file in date order. i.e oldest first or alphanumeric order of the file name. The original graphic files are not touched. If bestfit is on and the graphic is  larger than the target page, the page will be rotated to get the best fit.

The HTML converter is only useful if the html page fits on a single sheet of paper. If the web page is to large, when it is compressed it will lose resolution.
